Our park is strategically located just off the BNSF Transcontinental Mainline and is positioned to serve markets in Los Angeles, Denver, DFW, Houston,  KC, and Chicago as well as Mexico via El Paso.

Why is this a game changer like Intel was in the 80’s and Facebook is today?  All of these projects have brought or will bring construction and permanent jobs as well as outside dollars to our communities. CNMRP will be a Regional Transportation Hub with access to all of the locations I just described. 

Our Industrial Park addresses some of the needs that we’ve had in Central New Mexico for decades regarding a lack of large parcels and rail served parcels.  Rio is in discussions with both large tract users and major companies that require rail service.
