Robin Dyche, CCIM a graduate from the Robert O. Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico. He has over 40 years experise in Real Estate Financing. Analysis and Real Estate Investment Partnership. Robin’s experience in Real Estate investing as Managing Member of many partnerships covers a broad range of Real Estate including vacancy land development off and manufacturing development. As a Senior Instructor for the CCIM Institute for the last 35 years. Robin has taught real estate analysis to both Users and Investors throughout the United State, Canada, Russia, Poland, Korea, China and Taiwan.

Tim has been in the real estate business in Albuquerque for over 40 years including brokerage and the relate activates of investing and development. He has been active in the community coaching football at Highland High School and Young America Football levels as well as many local boards including Goodwill Industries. All Faiths Receiving home and YMCA of Central NM. Tim chaired various committees at the Albuquerque Board of Realtors and served as president in 1993. He also chaired committees at the Realtors Association of New Mexico and served as the Regional Vice President for 6 years. 12 years in local political office, for years on the Albuquerque City Council and eight years on the Bernalillo county Commission adds to his experience in government issues, the process relating to development in general and economic development in particular.
